Property information

The guesthouse with 3 suites and 2 double rooms is located in wonderful place of historic center of Como in front of the Lake, very close to Cathedral Duomo. All the rooms have the private bathroom, air conditioner, minibar, set for tea and coffe, tv with Netflix. You can choose between room categories: standard, superior with balcony lake front, junior suite, suite with incredible view to the lake and mansarda suite. For common use of the guests there is a big terrace with beautiful view to city harbor, there you can enjoy the sun or to have a relax moment using the bath with hydro massage. At the disposal of the guests there is a private speed boat with driver visit the Lake.
