The location was perfect, walking distance to beach and shops. Room was very tidy and cosy. Staff communicated to let us know our room was ready earlier than expected.

The guest house itself is a lovely, boutique space above a garden cafe. Beautifully decorated in a kind of retro way, while also having very modern facilities like the bathroom. Staff very happy to help, which made my stay so much easier. The location is buzzing in the centre of town, with a host of great places to eat and drink nearby (and downstairs).

We had a very warm welcome which was great as we had got soaked on our (very short) walk to the train station. We chose The Cappadocia as it was a compromise between being near the station for ease of luggage and the seafront where we were attending a concert. The room had everything we needed although was small.

Stay at Cappadocia was perfect. Having visited and stayed in Brighton numerous times over the years, I can’t believe this is the first time we found this little gem. Such a great location, and the room was so well equipped - even the little things like well-placed mirrors, good amount of surfaces to put things on, two bins! All was spot on. And host Ellie was incredibly responsive and helpful. Cannot fault this - we won’t be staying anywhere else from now on!

There was a power cut in the night and the bright emergency light in the room gave us trouble sleeping. The staff recognised this with a complimentary breakfast, and were all round really nice. The power cut wasn't their fault! We arrived slightly early and the room wasn't made up, but they still let us leave our bags.

Incredibly friendly and hospitable staff. There was a power cut during our stay that affected it first night, but the staff were very helpful and sympathetic to the impact on our stay, and even though it was not their fault at all, they arranged a free breakfast for us at the cafe next door. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always lovely. I would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.
