The property is new, built with a really good taste for architecture and horticulture and it looks quite appealing. The rooms are good and we were able to enjoy the balcony with the views on the pool and lush greenery. Location is great and the personnel is welcoming.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Receiving a map and lots of information at check-in. Very comfortable room with a view of the stunning garden and pool. Quiet. Wonderful a La carte breakfast. The hotel open air restaurant reported to be the best food in Bacalar. We ate there twice.

The property was clean and close to all the activities you’ll want to go to. The owner was the sweetest guy ever and he helped our group schedule taxi’s every day. He told us all about each destination and what it would entail, how long most people visit for, and the best times to visit. He made sure everyone in our group was comfortable and happy. The pool was gorgeous. The bar was delicious and their breakfasts were amazing. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we go back.

The attention to detail is exceptional at this hotel. From the arrival to check out we loved every minute. My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend it. We did the sail boat tour which was a great way to see the lagoon. The owners were super helpful and made sure we had an exciting day of activities set out for us. We loved the breakfast and of course our room too. The hotel is right in town so it’s easy to walk to restaurants or walk to the lagoon in minutes. Just an exceptional experience overall.

Blue Palm beach is an amazing property. The pool and common areas are a beautifully designed oasis. Our room was impeccable and we loved every minute of our stay. The manager Lluvia was very professional and attentive. The entire staff is very friendly. Breakfast was 5 star quality daily. Hotel is in a perfect location only a few blocks from center and lagoon. During our stay we had the pleasure of meeting Juan. His recommendations made our stay amazing and unforgettable. If you visit Bacalar this is the place to stay and make sure to dine in its restaurante “Mistura” the food is Michelin star level.
