The Sound of Salzburg
Salzburg is easily one of the most beautiful places in Austria an absolute must when visiting the country. People may best know it as the setting for the classic movie The Sound of Music, but there’s much for to Salzburg than just that. It is the hometown of composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart after all.
Exploring Salzburg you’ll fall in love with its quaint Old Town lined with ornamental street signs. The city views over the Salzach river up to Hohensalzburg Fortress aren’t too bad either.
