Lively La Paz
Some might mistake La Paz as just a gateway to the rest of Bolivia, but the South American capital has plenty to charm and baffle visitors with. Despite being overly chaotic and dishevelled at time, La Paz can also excite visitors with its cuisine, from street food right up to Michelin star restaurants.
The city isn’t without culture either. One of the most iconic landmarks in the city centre is the stately Church of San Francisco, while there are any number of museums on art, folklore and more.
