A Glimpse of Andorra
There aren’t many countries in Europe smaller than the mountain nation of Andorra. Wedged between France and Spain in the Pyrenees mountains, tourists like to visit Andorra for its skiing, shopping, and for the novelty of visiting another new country.
The country’s modern capital Andorra la Vella is where to go for duty-free shopping and the odd historical attraction. Otherwise head for the slopes, with Vallnord and Grandvalira the two largest skiing areas, with a great variety of ski resorts to choose from.
